just regain focus...You can do it! This is definately a tough journey we are going through. You can get back in the game at any time. No better time than now. We have the rest of our life to deal with all the Ups & downs they will continue to come & go. Just beat them...LOL!!!

WELCOME!! Congrats on the 6 lbs. you mentioned you are eating UNDER your calories. Maybe you are NOT EATING enough. If you are exercising more you may need to fuel your body. I was told we should NEVER eat UNDER 1200 calories not sure if that is what your eating. Just keep at it & hang in there things will happen.

it really has to do with LEARNING how to eat for the rest of your LIFE. Don't look at it as a diet. This is a CHANGE for your health. I know because I too can eat the entire tray of brownies or 4 slices of pizza. But I"m learning NOT to. I also find because I'm loggin in I can SEE how much calories 4 slices of pizza is or…

your probly gaining muscle...that happened to me. You want to gain muscle so you don't get flabby. Just keep doing what your doing it will eventually just come off. Pay closer attention to measurements. You will be losing inches. You will be able to tell in the way your clothes fit soon. HANG IN THERE!!!

1-2 pounds a week is a HEALTHY weightloss. You shouldn't be losing more than that a week. Are you eating atleast 1200 calories a day? Your body needs to fueled properly also. You can do it!!! GET YOURSELF BACK IN THE GAME!!! YOU are IMPORTANT so begin again. Take lil steps & take day by day. Keep starting over every day til you get it right if you have to. Log in EVERYDAY, log food everyday, then those will become habbits. The motivation & encouragement I get from here is AMAZING!

I DON'T want to be supper skinny either....I do LOVE curves. But what the size I am now is OUT OF CONTROL for ME. I am losing weight to be HEALTHY & feel good about myself. For ME my weight is too much for my body frame & joints. The food that I've been feeding it with has been so UNHEALTHY.

I can't wait to get to ONEDERLAND...LOL!!! I'm only 4' 11" & my higest weigh was 219lbs. I started MFP at 217lbs. I"m now 203 as of TODAY....It will get here I just know it & you will too. Next week you will be there...CONGRATULATIONS!!!
