I strength train still wearing my HRM and I just log the cals as cardio! Becuase some workouts are just lifting and no cardio!

I suggest investing in a cal/heart monitor it is the best way to no your true cals. I compared my monitor number to the number on here and it was totally different. And doing the same workout my numbers have been different depending on how much I put into my workout.

I want to join this group I am 5'2" and weigh 150lbs I want to weigh 120 to 125 and be toned. I am getting on the workout band wagon but need some workout tips and partners. I also need tips to eat right while working 12hr shifts. 3-4day a week and 8 2 other days.

I also use P90x but I am mainly workout at either 4am before work or 10am on my days off.
