I love to bring along rice salad with red pepper and peas. Roast onions, later add rice. deglace with little white wine, add peppers and peas and pour double amount of bouillon or water. Sorry for not supporting your ideas. The best "cure" for being fat are 2 things: - eat healthy (lots of vegs, fruits etc.) - exercise The only thing i did to loose weight were these 2 countermeasures. Try to avoid all processed carbs, work out and eat reasonable and you will be fine.

I personally don't count exercieses with my own body. The only exercises that are worth counting are the cardio exercises (jogging, cycling, rowing etc.). Why should you? I use my extra calories from exercising for weight loss :-) If you burn 2500 a day and eat 2000 you will be short 500. If you keep this pace up a week you will have lost approximately 1 lbs.
