Definitely a big difference. . .I felt like there was a certain weight threshold, that once I passed it (in terms of losing), all of the suddent I started getting second glances, etc. People in general are just WAY friendlier when you weigh less.

Just exercising and eating better. I am donating a kidney next week and that was definitely great motivation to kick it in high gear these last couple months - want to be as healthy as possible going into surgery both for my recipient and for easier recovery!

Yeah! Hungry Girl uses them all the time in her recipes. They're GREAT when you just feel the need for quantity over quality. :) And let's face it, sometimes we all need that!

For me, it's just portion control and exercise. If I feel like I am depriving myself, I won't be successful.

They're SO motivating. And real. The girls in them aren't perfect, which is nice to read. I think my fave is Amazing Adventures of DietGirl.

I drink about 75 ounces per day (3 bottles) when I am trying to lose weight. MiO is an awesome enhancer. Tastes so good, and you put in as much as you want for the taste. And it's portable. So that's my new thing. Fruit punch flavored MiO.
