Agree agree agree. Their first album was ok but then they went uber-cheesy. Gotta go with Chevelle, Tool, Evans Blue, SSPU etc etc before the Disney of rock.

Man that is a TON of protein in one sitting...I've read quite a few articles recently that your body can only effectively process 30g in a sitting/meal. I had to space my protein out more in the day and have seen better results - plus my powders last longer...

Totally agree with sdgilliam8- I incorporate the shakes/bars and lots of fruit and it amps up my calories without the junk...

I use the one that straps onto your hand (got the one at ****s) - it is very convenient and easy to take a sip or 2 in stride. What is nice is they have a little pouch on them as well so I can put some energy gels in there. Friends of mine use the belt, that was always uncomfortable to me and I have seen them struggle to…

Whew not me, I won't run in high humidity - also have trouble breathing and feel as though my legs have concrete in the shoes. Not to mention the tightening/cramping of muscles - just a bad all around experience. Maybe you want to get done so much faster to get out of the humidity you are running faster!

Good luck!! Remember fuel and liquid for your longer runs to keep those muscles loose and energized! I like to use the little gel packs every 45mins - seems to work out quite well!

It really depends on what your interests are and what you plan on doing while at the gym..For example - are you into classes, if so does the $16.00 cover them?
