Struggling again. Nothing weight wise. All mental. Tomorrow we move our oldest off to college. I am not as ready and strong as I have felt I am. Put my youngest to bed and look our oldest room.....it is so empty. I'm not ready.

  • this was just on a repeat(i believe it was) Dr Oz show. you should: wake up, pee/2, weigh yourself, exercise THEN eat. because then your body is burning calories already in the body, not what you just ate. even though i don't get up early enough for that NOW, that is the plan for the future sometime at least.

  • EVERYONE should moisturize! i learned that at a MK meeting. even if you skin is oily, you still need to moisturize. your skin needs it. just make sure you use the RIGHT kind of moisturizer. there are different types out there.........normal/dry skin type, and combo/oily skin type one! and if you are going for a DARING RED…

  • watch youtube vids of it. otherwise, it's basically rolling one diaper tight, and then wrapping more around till you get to the size you want, and then holding it together with a ribbon(usually in the expectant baby color)
  • easiest way i have found to clean them, is have a spray bottle with water in it, or a wet paper towel, and RIGHT after you unplug it, put the wet paper town in between the the top and bottom. or just spray it with water. kinda steam cleans it!

  • i would maybe just count the 2.5 that you were "really" working at it. but ONLY if it isn't something you do on a regular basis....like i got up and down stairs a couple times a day here EVERY day, so i don't count those. but when i do something i don't do DAILY, or REGULARLY, i don't add it. glad you had fun fishing…
