get new batteries for ur scale and make sure its on a hard surface like cement. i hate when my scale does that. :)

check out www.mybodygallery.com it shows other women at nearly every weight and height so u can get a glimpse of what u look close to. it helps when u know that the pic is not u, cuz ur more critical of urself.

maybe lower ur calories by 100 or 200 and see what happens. maybe ur gaining muscle or water weight

I started at 303 and stil in progress at 225. the weight started coming off faster when i started low carb/low calorie food choices and weighing my food with a scale. lots of spinach and fish, salad and chicken. fat free salad dressing, and oatmeal for breakfast. im not extreme on exercise but im improving on time length…

eat bulky low calorie food. boiled Spinach with a little parmesian, a can of tuna and a piece of fruit . The best thing you can do is buy a food scale and a set of measuring spoons and cups :)

thats a good 1. i grabbed the butter box and looked at it and said wow. thats a pound and when u start stacking them u can see how much a pound or 2 can add up.

do what you want to do. I have the same problem. i am still obese and trying to get to a healthy range and have family and friends saying "oh your not fat anymore" and offering cookies and cakes etc. Stick to your plan.

i was joyful when my back boobs decreased, however i turned around and saw the same going on in the front.eeeek. i guess its a good trade off. you can always buy a good bra with help built in. :)

until you start buying your own food or do the shopping of your own healthy food, this will continue to happen. you can start seeing your healthy food as your food and the junk as their food. you wouldn't eat your co-workers lunch or food out the work fridge right? you can look at it that way. the junk is not yours!

you can just not buy those junk foods and when you get the urge to binge, you will only find healthy foods which will not have the same effect. look in your grocery cart and see what will NOT help me reach my goal and take it out.
