exertion- short versus long
dont know whats better- a short workout at maximum exertion or a longer workout at a moderate exertion? i have a treadmill so i have been amping up my speed as i can. i started off 3 mph now im at 6.5 mph. I do a mix of running for a few minutes at 6.5 followed by some slowing down to 3.5 for 30 seconds. in the end i…
