having a lil motivational slump this last week, since 4/18 i have only completed 4 more miles which leave 70.76 left to go. with only a lil over a week to go i will get as close as i can, but may not hit the over 100 on the elliptical. i am in I know that i have started this a little late, all the more challenge!!! my cardio of choice is the elliptical!!! 100 miles here i come!!! 4/10 ~ 2.5 mi 4/11 ~ 3.1mi 4/12 ~ 2.5MI ONLY 91.90 MI to go :)

it can be good if its a lite snack and you are actually hungry!!!! its bad to go to sleep hungry!!! but if you aren't hungry then you shouldn't eat. i find its easier to tell myself what i CAN do rather than what i can't do and limit my options for late night snacks and some nights find i don't really want this snack!!!!

i am horrible late night grazer!!!! so to help this rather than saying i CAN"T eat i plan a snack and thats it, something like strawberries and sugar free chocolate pudding snack cup!!! or 100 calorie pop corn!!! this has helped me TREMENDOUSLY!!!!

i enjoy 2 hard boiled eggs and a piece of fruit or cup of fruit in the morning, i am usually not super hungry and its just enough to jump start me for the day and only uses up about 200 to 210 calories!!!!

surgery is certainly NOT the easy way!!! i had the surgery 3 years ago and i still struggle to lose. I wouldn't have NOt done it for the world, it at least helped me get on a more even playing field and jumpstarted my weight loss. I am currently down 95 lbs and still have 70 to go... STRETCH!!!! and if you are still in that much pain take a rest day!!! also bananas and strawberries help with soreness as well as things high in protein!!!
