Actually, that's your call. I don't log household chores and such, even if I rearrange the basement. I log sports or specific exercise, like treadmill, but only if it causes a sweat. If household stuff has an aerobic effect, then I consider that an undocumented bonus. :-D

Great job Mandy! Thanks for putting this together. My goal for the next week is to stay under 200 ... and maybe drop a couple more. My new goal is 179 ... Doable by mid-December maybe? That'd get me off being "obese." Yay. I am up for another challenge. Maybe a Thanksgiving one? Just a thought. Cheers Sean
