My go-to-meal has been raw tuna, some type of steamable veggie (broccoli, sugar snap peas, whole green beans) and a bit of seasoning (powdered Italian dressing or one of the McCormick food seasonings). Very quick to make and only 3 ingredients. But, of course, you have to like tuna. :-)

The first is from 2010 and somewhere around 320lbs. The second is after 165lbs lost. The weight loss has really slowed over the last few months but this is my progress thus far. I would like to lose another 20 if I can.

There are online calculators if you want exact numbers but roughly, 1 mile in: 15 min = 4 mph 17 min = 3.5 20 min = 3

First post...let's see if this works. I don't even know my weight in the before pic (but it's somewhere around 320lbs)...the after pic is at 158lbs.
