I was at a house party with a group of my friends, and there was one of those cheap stripper poles. Dance! You can find dance workouts on youtube, not boring at all :) Another thing you can do is jump rope, it's the best cardio workout. Even if you do 10 mins at a time you'll feel it in your legs and butt

I find intelligence very attractive, I agree with others that as long as they don't look down on you (or treat you as an inferior person just because you're not as smart as them) it can be rewarding dating someone considerably more intelligent.

Every body is different, I normally don't drop in size unless I lose 15-20lbs... I tend to lose weight evenly all over my body and not just in one area

I'm 5ft6, my goal weight is 140lbs (give or take). I haven't been at that weight since I was 17, so I don't know how my body will look now. It really depends on your own personal preference, as long as you're healthy.

I'm one of those people who wants to quit when I don't see results as well, and one thing I learned to tell myself is I didn't gain the weight in a week or a month... so I'm not going to be able to lose it all in a week or a month. I just recently started drinking coffee, I don't drink it every day (or ever multiple cups a day) so I'm not TOO concerned with the creamer I add. Bringing your own food is smart! There's a 7/11 right across the street from my office and if I don't bring my own water and snacks I'm always over there getting unhealthy things.

I've only been doing Insanity for 4 days lol I'm SOOOOOOOORE, but I can totally tell it's going to make my body change. You use your whole body doing most of the moves. I wear a heart rate monitor while I do them, and even when I'm taking breaks throughout the workout I lose more than 400 calories in about 30 or 40 mins.…

I do most of my workouts in the morning for that reason! I always have an excuse after work if on why I can't do it. But, for the most part, I'm able to force myself out of bed an hour early to workout and give my day a good start.

I've seen a few blogs and things, I'll def check yours out! I've heard from most of the people I've talked to that they saw the most improvement the 2nd month! I'm definitely going to try to stick with it! I'm going to Vegas in July and I want to feel amazing in my bikini!

If you don't dedicate yourself to something you won't see any of the positive results... you obviously aren't a very happy person if you can't be happy for the success of others... It didn't take you a day, a week, or a month to put on the weight and become unhealthy. It's going to take much longer to take it off.
