I will take fresh veggies and fruits and juice them and that will be my meal replacement and snack. And once I have done that for 10 days I will start adding healthy foods back into my diet. Watch the movie "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead", it explains the idea and it is on Youtube to watch.

So true, because I have lost a total of 2 pounds but I have lost a lot in inches, so even though I don't see a different in numbers according to the scale. I can't get to discouraged because I have improved my overall measurements.

I learned that the best thing to do is to find a friend or buddy to walk with in the morning or evening...that always helps me keep going and exercising.

I would just wait a couple of weeks and then log your weight, this gives your system time to settle after your friendly visitor leaves.

I suffer from hypothyroidism and I know what you mean about trying to eat the right stuff. It has been my battle my whole life and now I am taking a stand and getting my life back. Believe in yourself and you can do anything.

I know how you feel, I am going through the exact same thing. But I have to keep telling myself that muscle weighs more than fat so you will see a little increase or stand still before I start shedding the pounds. Keep up the good work.

I know that with me I fluctuate a lot as well. It can change all the time, nothing to be really worried about. Try to cut back on the salt, I know that helps retain water.
