That's what MFP said based on what I put in. It asks your level and gives examples of: sedentary; desk job. moderate; salesman. Etc. So I figured it was based on what I normally do @ work which is sit at a desk. But I will obviously work out outside of work so it would be more... Today is my first day and I didn't exercise…

I think the website based my results on my current weight, desired weight and lifestyle which I put as sedentary because it is right now.. I chose 4 days of working out at a light pace I think.. Maybe that was the wrong way to set it up if I plan on working out more. 160 kcals doesn't seem like much either, I guarantee on…

Excellent idea!!!! I always drink water at dinner when I am out.. or a glass of wine. I just don't think I can stop drinking a glass of wine with dinner sometimes.

You look so much different! Congratulations on your success.. and everyone hits a plateau, your body needs something a little different. Just change up the routine diet a tad and I bet it will help!

This part will be so hard! We always have chocolate at my office. ALWAYS! Those little minis... that you can just eat and eat and eat. I need to somehow fight off those cravings and stop myself from reaching into the basket when I walk by!
