Sometimes acnes washes can irritate. Make sure you're moisturizing and spot treat. look for a wash that's 10% benz Perox....salicic acid washes make mine worse.

I only log 228 or 278 for Pump...it's an average...the newet release is harder and increases my heart rate more so I log 278.

Mizuno.com has a pretty detailed quiz to properly put you in a shoe...it might help you determine what would be right. I love mizunos and brooks and I'm far from a lightweight!

I use carrots chopped into TINY pieces in the food processer as often as I can - spaghetti sauce, chili, meatloaf....pretty much any ground beef recipe!

Could the difference be workouts pre added in by BB and you have to add those calories to the MFP #?

I would stick to the 3 days a week to start...walk, bike, swim or strength training on other days.
