When I completed it a couple years ago, I did every other day which meant 3 or 4 runs in a week and it put me ahead of actual calendar weeks.

I can feel when I'm pushing my limits and would not do poses that I shouldn't. Lots of them are lower body and those would be no problem. It was my upper spine that I had the fusion done to.

I hurt for almost a week after mine. Walk it out, LIGHT run maybe. Don't be stagnant. Ice the pain, maybe even advil. WAY TO GO!!!!!

I am pretty much an anti fish kinda gal but I like COD. Tilapia and flounder are ok but sometimes mushy (frozen). Haven't found a salmon that tastes good to me.
