Protein for sure but I do find mentally I need to chew....maybe try eating 1 scrambled egg white or egg beaters too. For now, I'd chug some water.

Even at 90 if the suns not directly shining, it helps....evening or morning. I did 7 miles in 90+ last night. I carry G3 with me and sip it throughout my run.

looks like I've settled on a make shift stuffed cabbage....boiling the cabbage, have venison that I will brown with onion, wild rice, some turkey bacon then marinara on top.
