I usually weigh but don't record it and then record the weigh in the following week. Keeps me motivated but not discouraged. I'm sure it's psychological!!

I've been doing 30 Day Shred and Couch to 5K. It has worked pretty good for me!

I just started last Friday. I am on day 2 of week 1. It is not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I have never ran or actually excercised much...and I can do it!! I was excited!! Let's do it together!

Funny....but I have bought so many!! The only ones I have actually stuck to are Jillian Michaels and the 20 minute solutions. I think I may have an attention problem to any of them that last longer!!

I started a couple of weeks ago and then quit. It really is a great workout, I just haven't had the time. I am starting again today, so we can do this together!!
