I watched the Infomercial on this and it looks good!! I am interested in learning more about it too. I don't think you would be going backward in training because it switches up the intensity.

I want in on this challenge!! I have the dvd and was getting ready to start it! I will be gone for one week of the month though (vacation in Bahamas) and may not be able to then...Other than that I'm good to GO!!

I'm on week 4 day 2. Previously I had no running experience and I have improved so much since that first week. I am becoming addicted to runnung!! I loaded lots of good songs on my iphone and I zone out. So relaxing!

I use Special K whole grain crackers...24 are 120 calories but I usually just have 12 per cheese wedge.

Ha Ha!! You mean like the FiberOne bars do? No they don't do that!! I totally reccomend them. Especially the vanilla cones with caramel in the middle!! Awesome!!

I do the same thing!! And I can not wear buttton ups because they actually get stuck in them!! Since starting the 30 Day Shred I have noticed a difference in them. It requires weights but only like 5-8 pounds. Hopefully in the end they will be smaller!
