It's impossible for you to get too "big" or "massive" doing 30ds unless you intentionally want to bulk. You need a high calorie/protein diet with heavy power lifting to achieve even a percent of what bulking is for a chick. Your 8lb dumbbells will just make you a little more sore the next day.

I don't think it's a matter of upping your calories but maybe adding in a variety as far as your workout. Running is great don't get me wrong your endurance is amazing. You should try weight lifting a few times a week. It's a great way to burn fat fat, tone, and lose weight :)

My height is 5'3, I started off at 273 lbs and right now I'm at 210. I lost my first 20 from basically just walking but that was last year. Right now I do a lot of power lifting and running :)
