Week 1, Day 2, Level 1 -Plank Style....I'm surprised to say that it wasn't as hard for me as it was on Monday when I started! (I should have done these yesterday, but did my normal running instead...had to give my back a break since I pulled something Monday :( ) 3 4 2 3 4 Yay! :)
