I have been on here only a few weeks but to date i have lost 135 pounds , I now weigh 140 pounds , but I do have alot of loose extra skin, I am going in for a tummy tuck in Nov and will be about 130 pounds with the surgery.. I have done this the old fashioned way, sweat and hard work...
