Sequel Vega line. Do a google search on them and see if they will work for you. I love the sport protien in chocolate and mix it with unsweetened chocolate almond milk.

I finally decided that since the babies were moving out, it was time to lose the baby weight. Youngest is 17 1/2. Congratulations on making this choice sooner rather than later when it gets tougher.

I have a 2010 Mustang named Martina, after Martina McBride. Her song "When God fearin' women get the blues" has a line that says: "I got a Mustang, it'll do 80" We have, alot.

You might want to back off on your pace for a bit and just work on the time. As your body adjusts you can increase your speed. That always seemed to be the issue for me, going to fast too soon.

5 nuthin here in BC, Canada.

The food database has a bunch of listings for nursing/breastfeeding. It reduces your caloric amount based on the entry. Check it out to see if that helps.

"I'm sorry, my body seems to be having a bad reaction to these kinds of foods right now. Thanks for thinking of me, though." ( the bad reaction being weight gain, being unhealthy, etc.)

Just completed week 6 using the iPhone app 5K Runner, and I'm really enjoying it. Just do what you can do, push yourself when you need to, and make sure you have proper footwear. And especially don't listen to the voices in your head that say you can't! I'm proof anyone can!

It will happen to you, stop thinking it won't!

Having the same problem, Old Navy seems to be the only place that I am even close to getting a decent fit. Considering using a tailor to adjust existing pants...

Babies cry in the womb, so other than needing to breath eventually, I'm sure it's doable.

Google, that's what I use.

A calorie is a calorie. You just have to decide the quality of that calorie. That's all.

Had these for dinner tonight, made enough for the family. Everyone loved them, going on the regular menu. Thanks! Too bad there's no leftovers for lunch tomorrow...

Oh, to have that window more often! I'm just starting running and trying to find my perfect stride/pace/landing. I know it'll come, but believe me, I wish for it whenever my legs start killing me halfway through.

Sounds so good, gonna have to try them!

Watch out with sushi, not always the healthy choice. California rolls, or anything made with a Cali roll base, are very high sodium being they are generally made with mayo and imitation crab. Imitation crab is a mixture of fish and wheat products, basically a paste rolled out and layered to make a fish texture. That and…

I'm thinking drop her like all bad habits!

If you search this topic, you will see I had the same rant about a year ago, so I feel your pain. I called it my inner english teacher coming out.

Meal planning, even down to your snacks. Either write out on a calendar what you will be having, or make ahead and package. Or both. Plan for success, and it will come. Eventually you will get a good routine going. Guilt is not a positive tool, education is.

But there would be to many repeats. (posts that have been asked and answered over and over)

I use the Nike+ gps app and love it. I had the sensor thing and it was ok, but the gps app doest need it, even on the treadmill.
-
Definitely use it in smoothies, or add a packet of stevia to it. Beware of the fruit added varieties, they are loaded with sugars.

Nike+ does track the calories, not sure if it's available on android, though. Have fun with your run, I'm on week 2 day 1 tomorrow for the second time. I was at the end of week 2 when I got sick, so I just restarted when I felt better.
-
If you are using an iphone, just use one of your playlists on the ipod. I also pair this app with the Nike+ GPS to keep track of my routes and calories burned.

Check your heart rate during your workout and then google a heartrate calorie burn calculator. I found one on there, can't remember the name, and it gives you a pretty good idea. Hope that works for you. Other than that, strength training might be close to on the cardio list.

I pretty much halved the calorie burn just to be on the safe side when I did the painting at my place.

I started off a size 10/12 and now wearing loose 2's! Working hard to get rid of that last little hangy belly bit. Congrats!
