If u have started a new excercise routine, your muscles tend to hang onto water weight for 2-3 weeks as well and then will release once it is used to the new routine. Also, if u are changing in inches, most likely your muscle mass has increased and fat has decreased. If you could find a scale that measures those…

There is some free apps on your phone if you have that capability! I use them at work in the middle of the night! not fun, but will get you moving and working!

I have a coffee problem too! Infact if I'm about out of calories and still need to eat, I choose coffee with creamer instead of food :( But I do sometimes use the sugar free torani syrup with skim milk and if you microwave, it bubbles and then its kinda like a latte! Good question! I always eat my excercise points and seem to come out just fine! I have to excercise in order to get my coffee creamer in! That's where the points go! Not so good, but I stay at point level this way!
