I'm currently reading (I count listening to audiobooks as reading) to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. This is my first time through the Harry Potter series (and yes, I'm 28 :) ) and I am loving it. I see why so many people were crazy about it when it first came out!

I struggled too with those feelings, but decided to get rid of them. It's very freeing to purge them from my life, even the pieces that I loved at one time. Congrats on your weight loss!!

The only equipment you really need is just a set of hand weights. I did about 10 days of level one. It's a good, tough workout and you will see changes in yourself when you do it.
