I would like to offer a slightly different explanation. Instinctively men are hard-wired to protect women. They don't have to worry about that so much when they are training and no women are around but if there is one around they (even unconsciously) could be watching out for you. If you want one that tastes great, doesn't have anything processed, no junk, sugars aren't bad= Jay Robb Protein Bars are awesome. My favorite is chocolate brownie. I also use the vanilla protein powder because its one of the few without junk or chemicals. I have got them online, Whole Foods, and at Vitamin Shoppe.

My goals are to complete each assigned tasks (always easier to start challenges than finish). Lose about 5 more pounds. Tone up and have 5% less body fat. Have less than 30g of sugar a day at least 5 days a week. Its my weakness. Stay connected to some fabulous new ladies that all support each other!

I juice for 3-5 days a month. If you add psyllium husk in a glass of water you will get the fiber you need. Every few days you can eat an egg or two for protein. It's a great way to get rid of the toxins your husband has built up. I wouldn't recommend it long term by itself. I drink juice every day in between my meals to…
