I am getting married in Sept. 2013 but I havent picked out a dress yet. Whatever size I am at that time will be fine. I have already lost almost 35 lb. so I am quite thinner but if I dont make it to my goal by then Im not going to put off getting a dress or whatever.

yes been bigger since i can remember, not huge but always chubby/fat... this is the first time ive really had success with weight loss! i am smaller than i was in high school right now!

if its a cheat day then why not? thats what a cheat day is, eat what you want and get it out of your system so you're not depriving yourself. id say have what you want then the next day get back on track right away.

good for you! i dont really have any willpower, i just eat what i want and don't deprive myself. i still lose weight. it works for me.

i have the same one and i didnt know i was supposed to disconnect the wearlink from the strap when not using it! goes to show how much i read the manual! i will be doing this from now on. I have an FT7 thought but its basically the same deal.

how do you already know how many calorie youre going to burn from exercise on thursday and friday? i think you should do what you want, but dont deprive yourself of something that you want. so if you dont want it, why bother? happy birthday!!

none, really, which kinda sucks. i did two workouts that seemed to be very challenging but im not sore. so i dont know if that means i need to step it up even more or what. my lower back is SLIGHTLY sore but not really bad

I microwae them when I eat them during the week. If I have them on the weekend, i'll usually make them in a pan because they just taste better that way. Basically I put one egg in a bowl (spray some cooking spray first) and microwave it for about a minute on medium heat. easy.

when i went, i pretty much laid on the beach, walked on the beach, and swam in the pool at the hotel that was on the beach. but i was really kinda broke to do much else. i jut recommend relaxing :)! and the weather should still be warm :) less humid too so that will be good.

well I just got an HRM. For 35 min on the elliptical MFP said 384 calories. The machine said 297 and my HRM said 257. Guessing is fine and all but if you really want an accurate count a HRM is the way to go! I finally got one after over a year... love it
