I think that works out just fine!!! If I end up having to miss Sunday due to going away for Easter then I will definitely be doing it twice on Monday which will be punishment enough for missing a day!

What are you eating before your workout? I have a big problem with nausea if I do a hard workout and it is always effected by what I eat beforehand. I think you definitely need some more calories...add in some protein/carbs after your Shred as that will help with soreness the next day (chocolate milk or cheese/apple). Add in some nuts to your salad. Eat an evening snack. By the time you do Shred plus your Cardio workout, I am sure you would be using up a minimum of 500…

I'm going to do extra cardio...20 - 30 minutes and will definitely do it after the 30DS as I usually run and find that much more "relaxing" and more of a reward for doing the 30DS. I'm aiming for doing the 30DS every day and extra cardio 5 times/week. Kim

I finished Day 1 and burned exactly 150calories according to my hrm. Don't be like me and skip the weigh in, as suddenly I had skipped 3 weigh ins and gained 5 pounds!!! Good luck, any weight gained over a weekend will be lost quickly (advice I should have thought of!) Kim

Can you change your weight loss goals so that your base calories are around 1500? I have the same problem with hunger so that is what I do. I also find if I can drink extra water/green tea and keep busy that my hunger seems to stay away a bit more. Plus, more foods are filling than other foods so you have to experiment.…
