Hi, I am a hairdresser. You hair is already "out" of your body so the things you eat (or don't eat) do not directly affect the quality of the hair that has grown past the scalp already, because hair is "dead" once it exits the follicle. The only 2 things diet or vitamins affect are natural oils that the scalp produces and…

I had implants for awhile and had them removed last year. Very happy to be a perky, healthy "B" cup again!!!! I thought bigger would be better but after some time I felt they looked ridiculous and hurt all the time. Also....big boobs make everyone look bigger...so think very hard about it before you make that decision,…

Maybe it is just your body detoxing somewhat and readjusting to a new metabolism, better nutrition, sweating, etc. It seems to me that nearly anytime we have a dramatic change of lifestyle...be it a new climate, new diet, medications, traveling, etc...that skin often reacts for awhile. I wouldn't worry about it unless it…

Wow! You both look great! Your wife is beautiful and looks like she's 30 now! What an inspiration!!! I only need to lose about 20lbs but need a major toning and muscle makeover, too. I worry that it is impossible to achieve a "tight" look at nearly 40. Hopefully I will have results as great as this! Cheers! Mel

egg whites, turkey sausage, fruit, salmon, veggie omlet....and if it's a fancy brunch get dry champagne instead of mimosas..less sugar! Or just eat what you want and then work out later! Brunch with a best friend might be worth a splurge! And if you splurge then savor every bite and get right back on track. :)

do you have a smart phone? The phone app is awesome and allows you to log everything in from anywhere and keep track. Otherwise I would look up how many calories are in the food/drinks you plan to have and set your limit before you go. Have a great time! :)

I bought the book and decided I didn't want to do it after all. I felt it was basically the same as the way I used to crash diet. I would eat lean protien only for awhile and gradually allow more vegtables but very few carbs, fats or sugars. Anytime I did it I would lose 5-10 lbs and then gain it right back. I just felt…

My first reward will be getting rid of the clothes that are too big...and then I will reward myself with new clothes as I shrink. :D

yes! I have HBP and my pottassium gets low easily. When it is low I can feel it through my entire body...I get dizzy alot and my heart feels like it is pounding, my hands swell and I can't sleep. It's very scary and an awful feeling! I take BP meds, lisinopril. I would really think about taking meds if you have HBP...it…

I bought the dvd last night! I have just heard too much about it not to try it out! My best friend in Florida put bikini pics on her facebook and she really tightened up since last summer (she would not have posted bikini pics then!) and says it's all due to doing the 30 DS. Good luck!

Change is always scary...especially when it's a physical change! Losing the weight in a healthy way will keep alot of the "sag" from happening. When people do extreme diets or have bypass surgeries they lose so rapidly the skin just hangs. From what I have observed, usually when it's done right the skin retracts most of…

I am going to get the DVD tonight. I have a friend who just posted bikini pics of her facebook...she would not have done that last year! Says it is all due to 30DS. Now I am seeing all kinds of great things about it on here, so I feel like I need to try it out too! Good Luck!
