I had huge pompoms with bells on mine! I still love rollerskating. Every town we live in I look for a skating rink and usually there is 1 and but it's old and run down somewhere. So sad! I would love to take my kids rollerskating. I was a roller QUEEN when I was a kid! LOL

try having a sugar free hot cocoa made with skim milk at night. Gives you calcium, protein, and won't hurt your diet! :) I am also a chocoholic, I try to substitute my desserts with FF frozen cool whip and fruit or fruit with peanut butter. Its hard though! Sometimes I would rather just have dessert and skip the meal! haha!

Caroline is right...you would lose more weight and have a "prettier" result by going up to 1200. At one point in time in my 20s I calorie restricted to about 500 cals a day.
