House Spirit- 2 Food- 5 Exercise- 7 Exercise minutes- 200 Weight: 205.5 - I am thinking I am plateaued. I actually saw 199 about 3 weeks ago. The next day it shot BACK UP to 205- and has gone between 203 and 205 since. I am really getting annoyed

Went washing machine shopping! I washed a fishing lure in my old one (accidently) That thing somehow made its way THROUGH the little holes and I ended up with a big hole! (VERY messy)

Yeah the salt water cleanse was HARSH - by the end of the glass you feel like puking. Do NOT go ANYWHERE for at least 3 hours or so afterword. The results tend to be rather explosive.... (After the third day or so it's mostly water - but still... ewwww)

How do I do my owls? Today I roller skated for 120 minutes and yesterday I swam 90 and practiced a 30 minute Karate class.
