so so today was good for me. breakfast had a coffee and 2 fiber muffins lunch turkey sandwhich dinner home made indian food (thanks mom) haha snacks 2 kiwis a fiber bar im jut going to guess and say like 750 calories for my indian food...what do you guys think?

today i drank my water, had grapes and strawberries, and went to the gym Fridays challenge: Drink 15 cups of water 20 push ups 40 crunches 20 sec planks X3 not alot of people have been doing the challenges which is fine because they are optional but a bunch of you have not checked in with anything for a few days or more…

today was good breakfast coffee and a fiber muffin(i made them at home) lunch 1 cup grapes and 2 cups of straberries dinner pasta and meatballs snacks had 2 different bars
