ok so i got all my water in today plus a lot more... and i for sure got the calories done... Thursday's challenge: drink 15 cups of water get 2 servings of fruit or veg in do something active for atleast 30 min

ok so i did much better then yesterday...breakfast peanut butter and banana sandwhich...lunch turkey sandwhich with some carots...dinner home made wheat pizza...snacks red grapes and a fiber one bar

ive had problems with my ACL and only the elliptical does not make my knee hurt...i spend a good hour and 15 min on it and i just stretch my let and it feel great and yea you will burn a lot of calories on it

drank all my water and more only got 7 hours asleep and made turkey burgers for dinner Wednesdays challenge: drink 14 cups of water burn atleast 350 calories how you doing? let the group know...is there any thing you need help with or anything you would like to ask
