I can really relate. The body cannot lose weight if it is a state of stress due to working out too much, eating too little, not sleeping enough and being stressed. Trader Joe's has a bunch of blended butters, I like the almond and flax seed one. They also have a lower fat one. Check the ingredient list and only buy the ones where you know what all the ingredients are (e.g. Nuts, salt)
