A co-worker and I have traded in our office chair for an excercise ball. I find that I move around a lot more (admit it excercise balls are fun!), focus more on my posture, and it's easy to get in a few exercises during the day.

My bodybugg regularly comes in at about 150 less than what the treadmill says on my "800 calorie" workout. I take the 650 that my bodybugg gives me but use the 800 on the treadmill for a mental "way to go."

You're right of course! I was needing that reminder. :) I'm so tired after work that other than my gym days it's hard to get myself to workout in the evening. Ok, starting on Monday 30 mins on my treadmill M-F + my three gym days I already have in my schedule.

My office is across from the kitchen....argh I feel your pain! My door has been closed this week to keep the food out! Now I must admit though that overall this is a pretty health conscious office and our potlucks do usually result in a ton of healthy options.......but seriously, who brought the brownies?

I told everyone I was close to about my weightloss journey and asked that if they had any clothes they were getting rid of to please pass them on to me. Very soon I had a whole new wardrobe of clothes I love in a range of styles and sizes. My rule is when it's too big get rid of it because you never want to wear it again.
