there is some anecdotal evidence that an occasional calorie blow out HELPS weight loss. I don't know if this is true, but it's something I have chosen to believe! Just enjoy your special meals out and don't think about the calories

I have seen the same question asked on various weight loss sites and am genuinely curious as I don't understand the question. I presume you are overweight , or you would not be here in the first place. So you are no stranger to eating plenty. How come it's a problem now? I don't get it at all. Can you please explain?…

you are eating too few calories. You are eating too many processed foods. Some of that stuff is barely classed as proper food. You meed more lean proteins , fresh fruits and vegetables. Good luck

give yourself a break. Old habits die hard. You got fat by eating too many crappy foods. You are now traveling in the right direction. Onwards and upwards!
