I have had the same problem. Diet coke is not the best for you. The sodium alone is a killer. My advice is to wean yourself off slowly. I drink one diet drink a day. 1st thing in the morning I have hot tea, which I love. Then at lunch I have my diet drink. And at dinner I have either crystal lite or iced tea. Of course I…
