Also wanted to add I had a baby 15 months ago... it seems to be really hard for me to get the extra weight off and the weird thing is I wasn't over weight while pregnant only after.

I am goign to try this out because I work in an office and I am at my computer all day long... I have noticed that if I am tracking the calories I am eating I will be able to reach my goals faster. I am looking to loose about 40lbs in a year because I have to be in my friends wedding!
