We were weighed in front of everyone at my Middle School too. I remember I was (I think) 129lbs or so, and they told me I was overweight. (I'm 5'2"). I'm 129lbs now, and I still feel like it's far too fat. I'll never get it out of my head that I was called overweight, even though I know I'm in a healthy BMI.

I'm in! I'm 5'2" I'm hovering in between 129-130lbs at the moment. Would love to be 120lbs by Xmas time! Gotta look great for my son's 1st Xmas pics!

The gain that you've noticed could be muscle, it's not necessarily fat! Muscle weighs more than fat, so don't lose hope. You should start using MFP more often and keep track of everything, it really helps lol. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Hi Kate, I'm Heidi. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like. Also, welcome to MFP!

I've logged my Crystal Light flavored water as water since I've joined MFP. Never thought to log it other wise, to be honest! :indifferent:

I'm 5'2' and my goal is 120lbs. I'll be happy with almost anything below 130lbs though, as long as I look and feel healthy. I'm trying to get rid of my Mommy pooch. =] I have a naturally curvy "hourglass" figure, but that tummy definitely doesn't belong! Good luck, you can do it!

I'm here too. =]

I'm 19 and have a 5 month old son. I'm new to MFP. I'm 5'2' and 153lbs (Yikes, I know). I want to lose at least 20-25lbs, but even 15 would be nice.
