In the next few days, don't weigh yourself ..walk a little further.. work out a little harder.... drink that water instead.. we have ALL done the over doing thing.. no sense beating yourself up over it.. you will know NEXT time.. to walk away or take just ONE bite... you can do this..

I have the wii DANCE 2, wii fit, and a Jillian. I mix em up on the days I can't get out of the house to go work out,. Its a nice change up for me, I work nights and can workout whenever I need too!

I'm in...age 53, MENO hit me like a ton of bricks the day of my 50th birthday... I have had mid section weight gain, I am a definite APPLE..lol I keep the hot flashes at bay with Estroven, started taking it just 1 week after the flashes started..and rarely have them..

Unjury has awesome flavor, mostly available online, but some grocery stores are starting to carry it. available at unjury.com they also have a chicken soup flavor that is WONDERFUL!! It has 20 grams of protein vs 10-15 which alot of the protein flavors come in. Trader Joe has a great one too that has 18 grams of protein.…

I had a conversation with my nutritionist this week, she told me to aim for 1000 to 1200 calories daily, do my workouts and don't count them in my calorie deficits. So thats what I am working on~

You dilute your sodium and potassium by drinking alot of water, drink at least 64 ounces( 8 glasses) of water daily. If you drink TOO much, you end up doing more harm than good.. just a thought. :)
