Just try and get at least 30 grams of protein in the morning, at least within an hour of waking up. The studies show that this is a great way to help with weight loss. I say KUDOS for a job well done on your first week. Its so hard to stay motivated but I think these forums are very, very helpful and the tracking really helps. I seem to be struggling with keeping my fat grams under control.

Are your clothes fitting better. Weight is relative in my opinion. If your clothes fit better, you have more energy and are generally feeling better, then you are accomplishing something great. DON'T look at the scale. You are probably putting on muscle weight.:happy:
