I love that...it's a journey, not a race. I need to remember that. Good advice. There will be weeks where you gain, lose and stay the same. Our body is soooo not predictable. Hang in there!

When I was looking for good workout music, I went to amazon.com, typed it in and browsed from there. You can actually preview the songs to see what you like or don't. Also...look for sparkpeople workout music. They have remakes of some semi oldies (for me anyway..I'm 43) with a great beat!! Good Luck!!

Zumba is awesome!!! $$$ vary..anywhere between $5 - $10..probably depending where you live. You'd love it! Give it more than 1 try though. It takes a few times to pick up the moves. And it's a FABULOUS work out!
