Up 0.4 this week. Rough weekend, too many temptations. I obviously caved but it’s ok. I’m back on track this week.

Down to 245.4. Lost a pound. Seems slow going but better than going up. I’m just going to keep at it. Have a great week!

Forgot to check in again. Lol. I was at 250 and am down to 247.2. Exercising at least ( days a week, getting my water and making good choices. I really want this weight off.

I’m weighing g in on Tuesdays with my coach and I can’t seem to remember to post on Wednesday so I’ll just post now. Lol. I’m down to 250 from original 259.2 and the last time I posted at 254. So I’m down 4 more pounds. Focusing on good choices, water and exercise.

To each their own. I'm pretty sure that if it's in the excercise list, you can count it. And if you don't sweat when you're cleaning house...you apparently aren't doing it right....either that...or you don't have kids. :O) Again...to each their own, I say.

I know how you feel. I've been there. I hate to say it, but I can't lose weight even if I excercise, if I don't eat the right foods. Especially the older I get. Use the tools that MFP offers. Even if you "cut down", but not eat the right things, it can affect your loss. Be sure that you're eating the right kinds of things.…

I cut up my zucchini and/or yellow squash, add some diced onions and mushrooms. I add chicken broth and simmer until all veges are cooked to my liking. No real measurements, just what you want. Love it!!! Sometimes I'll add spaghetti sauce to it as well and a little bit of cheese for a meal. OH yummm!!!

I'm sorry for your loss. But eating isn't going to make you feel better in the long run. Go for a walk. Find a friend to talk to. Drink a whole bunch of water, so that you'll feel full. In the long run...it's just not worth it. You'll end up feeling worse.

Love, love, love the stuff!!! I use it on my bagel thin when I'm making an egg sandwich. I use it as a dip for pretzels. I use it on my wrap with chicken ham or turkey...or even in my sandwich. Love it!!! I go through quite a bit of it. :O)

Listen to this person!! They know what they're talking about. It's a perfect plan!!! And definitely drink lots of water!! At least 8 - 8oz glasses daily..at least! You can do it!!
