I personally, think you need to eat more as well. How many excercise calories are you getting per day? Are you feeling hungry at all? Your body may be going into starvation mode due to all the calories that you're burning. You have to find a happy medium between those excercise calories and eating. I'm not saying you…

I'd say by looking that you need to eat more fruits and veges. You should have at least 2 fruits and 3 veges per day. Are you drinking water? You need at least 8 - 8oz glasses per day. Water is a must. I think too...that on some days..you're not eating enought. Hope this helps.
