totally agree with ninerbuff. On the water drink at least 8 glasses a day or more. I dont' really think that you can drink too much. On activity...you can break it up throughout the day. Maybe you're not eating the right things. Excercise is good, but you have to eat right to lose weight. Try this for a week or two and see what you get: 2-3 Fruits a day 3-5 Vegetables a day 2-3 lean protein 1-2 Dairy 1-2 Carbs - cut down on your breads At least 8 glasses of water day if not more. I make my own guacamole and put it on my hamburger. I had it that way at a restaurant once and loved it!!! Mush up an avacado Add: diced onion clove of garlic - maybe less depending on your taste 1/2 to 3/4 of a diced roma tomato a little bit of lime juice (about 1 T or so.) salt & pepper Love, love, love it!!!

I agree with all of the posts stating that fast food is more expensive than real food. That being said..you also have to plan..which sometimes is very hard to do. But you can do it!! Sit down once a week and figure out what you should eat..a menu...and then make a grocery list. You can still grab food and go..it doesn't…

I do one of two things..I go ahead and eat that burger and then make up for it later by not going over and eating less for dinner..OR I tell myself that eating that burger is not a choice that I'm going to make.
