I'am still bewildered how the body works, you go to bed then wake up 3 pounds lighter...where did it go ????? I'am still a newbie at this.

Best advice I can give you that has helped me is to plan your meals,keep healthy snacks and water with you at all times , and log all calories in the morning before you eat so you can have a idea what you are putting into your body before you eat.

You have to plan,plan,and plan. Best advice that was told to me when I first started back exercising is to take the time to plan your exercise "block time" ahead a month and STICK WITH IT no matter what. You owe it to yourself to invest time and energy into yourself..no one else is going to do it for you . :smile:

Baking the biggest turkey Walmart has ever carried,eating granny's sweet potato pudding and watching football with dad and the s/o. IMO..Thanksgiving will be here before you know it.

I always eat the outsides or toppings off of all food first. Also I eat items off my plate one item at a time starting with the sides then the meat. I do not like food items touching each other....just weird.
