  • I can try to! I have a really hard time losing weight tho. :-( I think it's mostly nutrition for me but I will definitely try. Logging more time in the gym should help! :-)
  • Hey ladies (and gents) I'm looking for more TurboFire friends, I've done the 1st week about 5 times and can't really sem to move forward. I need a little motivation and guidance. I'm trying to be consistent and although I'm losing inches, I keep gaining! how do I get back in the losing category?
  • I do it now, and I've lost about 10lbs since the beginning of last month, and i don't usually lose weight that fast! I love the energy and the music, so I would definitely recommend it. Make sure you get the entire system because the resources that come with the workouts are so beneficial!
  • Hey all, I fell off last week, I had Halloween parties, weddings and family gatherings to attend, but my friends and I are doing a 90-day challenge together so I am a bit more motivated now. We are all doing similar programs that help a lot. TurboFire is great but my only problem is getting up in the morning! ARGH!
  • NO LODSS SINCE LAST WEEK. STILL AT 270lbs. Didn't have such a great eating week either. :-/ Going to do my best to workout more because it does make me feel better. The hardest part is actually getting up and doing it!
