I agree 100%. I am trying to be conscient of everything I eat, getting rid of things which are not healthy. I hope this is indeed a change in lifestyle that will last even after I reach my goal. Just before going to sleep (still counted as 2012 for me!) I ate a piece of bread with goat cheese and dried tomato. In 2013, already under my resolution, a slice of ananas! Time to detox and start a new life! :-P
