I use the GoGo applesauce packs. Easy to keep around and eat one (60 cals). I keep active with movement , walking hallways even, or do some minute meditation. I used to work ER and decompress time was my eating trigger. Easy, close to hand, low cal snack worked pretty good. (And, thank you for what you do.....)

Just be consistent every day. On days off I would keep logging as you eat. Daily totals are important, but the weekly totals tell the tale...

Mostly i just hang up but when I get full of myself I answer " Attorney Generals Office." in my work voice. Works pretty well, but if they persist I proceed to interrogate them by pressuring for their personal information etc.

A CAUTIONARY TALE...... Please do it now and maintain! I am 41 lbs into a 67 lb goal. I am 62 now. When i was 40 i was at my goal weight. Much harder now but needs to be done.

I bought a cheap one from K Mart earlier this year. I get the workout I make of it. 30 mins twice a day with the tension fairly high. Can read/ side table computer and/or TV for the boring time. It works. Lost 41 lbs with MFP and primarily this machine.

Going pretty good! But that is a self assessment, others in my life may differ..... (smiling). I use a recumbent bike in morning and evening for 30 minutes no matter what other things I do for exercise and really miss it when I don't get them in every day.
