  • I'd love to join in! My fiance and I have been together 5 years in August. We got engaged May 1, 2010 in front of my entire family and an entire resturant up on stage after he sung me happy birthday. :) Our wedding will be Oct 20, 2012. I want to be down to my goal weight by then but if not at least 150lbs. I have been…
  • I am Rina's friend she is mentioning. I have a HRM that I have gone over the settings multiple times to make sure I get the most accurate number. It depends on your size and your intensity. That is why I bought my HRM because it is able to determine my intensity based on my HR and determine calories burned effectively. I…
  • Old El Paso taco bake with ground turkey and a side salad :) Yummy
  • Sorry about your pain! I had to stop 30ds because I couldn't do any of the cardio. (Jumping jacks, jump rope, etc.) It was too high of impact on my knees. But I have been able to do zumba at least 3 times a week. Jillian says in the video that she has 300lb people doing it without a problem, I am not sure how!! I am going…

  • I would love to know that answer! I am night shift RN working 3 7p-7a shifts a week. I usually eat right before I go to work as "lunch." Then "dinner" is at 330am, then breakfast is normal when I get home. With a 100 calorie snack pack in between each meal. I am lucky to eat breakfast though. Usually I just go home and go…

  • Hurt my knee at Zumba earlier and the week so I have been eliminating the cardio and putting my all (even more than before) into strength and abs. Idk if it is really doing much but we will see. I will probably restart as soon as I can do a solid jumping jack. Stupid injuries. Good job to everyone else Day 8!!!!!!!
  • Hey. IDK the answer but I would love to know too. I apparently pulled a tendon on the side of my knee today in zumba and trying to do the jumping jacks and butt kicks just about killed me, maybe tomorrow I will do it without the cardio and see how much I burn. Esp. since I get the cardio in Zumba. I'll post again tomorrow…
